Lingenfelter to Tripple AGP/Fore Swap

So has anyone swapped over from Lingenfelter twin pump system to AGP/Fore Tripple or twin system? My big question is when swapping to the lingenfelter you had to replace both the fuel pump and the sending unit. Now that im dropping in the Fore Tripple's will I run into issues with the Fuel level sensor on the vehicle or does it just become no longer used? When swapping over to the Lingenfelter you had to change the data in HPtuners for the float and re-wire the harness a bit. In the instructions it says to just wire it in with the stock system but its based off the old set up.
