Then got home and got a call from our real esate agent and she isn't wanting to help us get our earnest money ($1,000.00) back for a house we were trying to buy a while back. Lender approved us but Rural development denied it so based on contract we should get our earnest money back with no problem. Well sellers agent refuses to sign release and our agent is just too passive. She wants us to file small claims instead of her making the other agent mad - which is usually a joke! So talked to someone on the state board and he said that we don't go to small claims it is our real estate agents responsability to pursue this and get our money back. Just stressing! That money is either for our down payment on the car or for our down on our house we are supposed to close on next month. We were planning on using it on which ever comes first. If she causes us to loose either one I will probably go postal. So that is why we haven't been on plus away from PC working earlier.
Doing better now. Did find out that if she doesn't pursue it we can contact the board and can also file a grievance or complaint against her. Arg!! Really need a vin soon to make things better.
Sorry to tell life history, just feel like we are all family and need someone to vent to.

Were here, vent away anytime...

You missed a bit of a food fight around here today, with another poster who was extremely stressed out about not getting his vin. Multiple posts were deleted from Viz's thread...
It is definitely your agents responsibility to get your money back...one way or another.
