Because they are ancient. Still extremely reliable and they aren't bad trucks but they are an ancient design by now.

I won't say that they are bad trucks (they aren't of course) just depends on what you want. Overall a good truck for the money if you don't mind an older design.

Same with the Tacoma except it's actually a bad buy with it's trans and engine IMO. And sadly, I am a Toyota guy more than anything else.
