If you go with Pedders coilovers the single adjustable coilovers allows for lower than 1 inch, I think up to 2 inches it can be lowered all 4 corners. On the Pedders supercar coilovers you can only get about 1 inch lower than stock in the rear .. this is due to the dual adjusters. The fronts on the supercars can go up to 1-1/2” lower. Both styles still allow you to use the front camber plates either way.
The decision basically is do you want a lower than 1” car or is 1” in rear enough but you have dual full adjustable coilovers.
