AC warm from drivers vents, cold from passenger vents

I am afraid to hear the answers to this as I am aware of what it may be, but lets try anyway.

Anyhow, new AC Delco compressor, new drier/desiccant bag, new expansion valve, and all new seals. The compressor was replaced because of a bad seal and was leaking refrigerant, no catastrophic failure.

Fully charged @ 1.32lbs and pressures look great on the gauges/manifold, but I am getting warm air from the driver's side vents. The passenger side vents are definitely colder. Can this be blend door related? I thought the blend door would affect ALL the vents, not just the driver's side. I can switch between warm/cold without issue.

Update: I just did a relearn on the HVAC door actuators in the GM GDS2 software, but it made no difference, although I could hear some humming and noise. Still warm on the 2 driver side vents, cold on the passenger. Really weird since this car doesn't have dual zone climate controls.
