Heres the thing Speed, you didn't have the error with the original wheel bearing so there must be some kind of variation the sensor is seeing to set off the stabiltrak. As odd as it sounds try reinstalling the factory part to see if it goes away or try a OEM part. You could take it to someone with the proper scanner to actually see what is going on too.
