well a 10 second glance at a handful of reported stock dynos, ls3+m6 averages around 370-375ish and l99+a6 averages around 325-330ish. so you can figure the loss factors as 12% for the m6 (426bhp÷375whp) and 18% for the a6 (400bhp÷330whp) with fair accuracy.
so you can assume to have roundabout 482bhp with a stick (430whp*1.12 aka 12%), without taking into account whatever error and variation your particular dyno will have.
also 12% loss is insanely good, i dont know if gm underrated the ls3 by a few horses or the 6060 is just THAT efficient somehow.
