With the signs that the thing wasn't well maintained, I would check compression and leak down to see if it's worth continuing if nothing else. Someone may have ran it without a filter and without changing oil and it could be worn rings and everything else wore also.

Ok I will do compresseion leak test. How much it must me on each cylinder? Do I need made test with open throttle or closed? Worn everything else that you mean crankshaft piston? Omg.. is the broken lifter make issue also? I have lifter noise on cold engine
