Hey everyone, so I was wondering if high flow valves are worth it if you install a catch can on your car and do they provide much better flow. To be clear this thread is not if you need a catch can, but if you decide to get one, are the high flow valves really worth it? I tested 3 valves, one of which was the Elite Engineering. The results were surprising and I'll save you the trouble of you don't want to watch the video, but in a nutshell I think these high flow valves are worth it.
