For $22k depending on the mileage I would buy it. I have a 15 1LE with some odds and ends mods and have had it listed for $24k for a few months. I get at least 1 message a day. I have given up recently as the car I wanted to sell it for (i.e. A Black 15 1LE sold before I could get to it).
The Black 1LE I was looking to buy was listed for $25,000 and sold in less than a week. To me it seems the sweet spot is between $24,000 and $26,000 assuming it is not high mileage. That being said list if for $22,000 and I can almost certainly tell you it will be gone in a week.
