So if you're in a rental or borrowed car that doesn't have the registration sticker on it, but you have a valid DoD ID and reason for being on the installation, you must still have your vehicle inspected and deal with a VERY long wait in the line. Doesn't make a lot of sense to most of us who live or work on the fort...

The AF doesn't even scan our ID cards. As long as you have it you're good. Doesn't matter what car you're in either.
