Great question. Try gloss black GBA or WA-8555 touch up. That’s the very common GM gloss black that the rest of the trim is in and every black car for decades. Don’t see why GM would do anything else with the wheels.
Make sure you get the proper amount of GM orange peel to blend. When you get tired of fixing all the chips if you drive it a lot, try a good gloss black powder coating.
