Depends on how much and how hard you drive it. Poly can last the life of the car. Solids are very popular and work very well. Lastly, I forgot to mention earlier......tires will also play an important roll in your suspension. When I got my Conti extreme summer tires, I was floored at how much they improved the handling. Really sticky tire.
