The shaft is marked when balanced. Did you line up the marks? Measure the cv? May need to contact DSS.

I had triple checked the cv measurements when I installed it. The marks were defiantly lined up and clocking it made some difference but not enough. I finally got an RMA and it has been returned. The first time I sent the shaft in for RMA was because it was too long. They shortened it and assured me that it would not be sent out without going back on the balancer. I did not see any evidence that balancing weights were removed/changed. After that RMA I was able to install it and is where I had the vibration complaint. I clocked the shaft as suggested and it did some good but not enough. I got it back in for a second RMA just for balancing. I just got it back a couple of day ago and the weights were removed and the balancer had relocated and resized the weights. This indicates to me that the shaft was not actually rebalanced after the first RMA. I will update here once I have it back on and tested.
