I have BC-ER's and don't "Drag Race" but have done my share of hard launch's with my Whipple Blown LS3. I found the BC's operate better at least half of the 32 click settings (best overall launch and ride quality), and would guess setting them stiffer yet would be best for launching the car. But there is way more to your question than just setting the BC's. Also front and rear shocks may use different settings to control suspension travel and Jounce/rebound.
