All of us drag racers go with vikings. They have the best out of the box for drag racing. Once you outgrow them, you can send them in to be revalved tighter.
That said, irs is tricky. you'll want to get up on the rear tire, but have the front come down slowly to not unload it. John doc has some really good irs setup videos on YouTube you might want to take a look at
