I had something very similar happen to me on a divided, two lane each direction, state highway. Guy in a RAM truck came racing up from behind and then slowed down and used the car in the other lane to block me. I was doing 65, in a 55, until he slowed me to 50 mph. I was in my 1LE.
I did like JKSully suggested. I took the first right and waited a few minutes before getting back on and resuming. It wasn't worth the aggravation of him f_cking with me the rest of the way.
I saw the guy coming fast and could have easily acted pre-emptively to get ahead of the cars he used to block me. Oh well ...live and learn
