Hello Gents, not sure if this thread is still active. I am trying to source smog / modification laws in utah on the web but cant really seem to get to anything specific.
Are we allowed to mod our camaros in IRON COUNTY Utah?
my vehicles are from CA. and I'm looking for a different state to have some fun with cars like americans used to be able to.
