Do you people see the ridiculousness of the argument - I mean really. My car is less than yours because it has a smaller engine? - its not about being less it's about being different.

Well in my neighborhood you can't even build unless the house is 1700 square feet and larger. So yeah it happens, and also in my area you have to have a two car garage attached to the house also so yeah that point is moot.
An yeah a 1000 square home should not be called a house more like an apartment. hehe
