New lifters now or later

Hi Everyone! In 2021 I decided to take my street car to the next level as far as power. I just finished with my clutch upgrade and installing a new rear crank housing, pilot bearing, oil cooler assembly, throwing bearing, slave cylinder, clutch line, separate clutch/brake reservoirs, etc.

Before doing all of that, and after I installed my Supercharger earlier in 2021, I started to hear a ticking sound. I'm still not sure if it is due to the supercharger or if it is a lifter. The sound does get faster as I accelerate.

When doing my supercharger and cam install, I replaced EVERYTHING as far as bolts, gaskets, pumps, chains, etc. The only thing I didn't do was take out the heads and change out the lifters and lifter cartridges.

With that said, should I just bite the bullet, uninstall everything and replace the lifters and cartridges? Or should I just wait on that?

I plan to run the GM Performance "Caddy" lifters.

Just looking for opinions and ideas so that I can plan accordingly.

My car was down for 3 months due to scheduling and parts, so I'm currently breaking in my new Monster 3 disc clutch.

Also, I do all of the installs/work myself, so it takes longer, but I'm learning.
