I am a car guy, always been always will be. Grew up in the backseat of a crew cab square body going to the race track, car shows you name it my family had a car for it.. Been to SEMA too many times and been coast to coast to different events. A few years back when I decided it was time for a no BS, turn key modern performance car my buddy said what about a 14 or 15 Z/28... I quickly said I'm not really into the Camaro's.. He said do you know what the car is all about?? I assumed just another trim package.. Boy was I wrong. My hunt for the right Z06 ended quickly... I don't think the cars every received the press they deserved. Once I purchased the car and my "car friends" seen it I quickly learned they didn't know anything about it either... I had seen in another Z/28 vanity plate post a guy has IYKYK... Couldn't be more accurate. Back to the subject of this post... Yeah theses cars didn't climb at nearly the same speed as the market. At the same time I am ok with that because I'm not ready to be tempted to sell it.
