It’s safe to go to 20” or 22” from the original 21” you had. I had the 21” wheel/tire setup but switched to 22”. 1 thing for sure is an 8” wheel seems quite thin. In front you could run a 9” or 9.5” and in the rear do anything from 9” to 11”. More often ppl seems to run a 9.5/10” search around the forum and you’ll see the different combos available and learn what offset folks have used without tire rubbing issues.
