Looking for a cam, but don't want to pay an arm and a leg to get it, and get it done. I think i might go with the GMPP LS stage II cam. the intake and exhaust lift is .551, the duration is .227 in and .239 out, and the LSA is only 108. The LSA is what has me worried, Is this going to be too rough of an idle to be street worthy, I'm not woried about shaking because that's just cool. I just don't want the car stalling or something like that everytime I leave a stop light. The lift is not overly aggressive, the duration is prety healthy though. Because this is an LS7 Cam what other parts am I going to have to buy other than the Cam like springs, retainers, lifters and pushrods. I've looked on other blogs and no one even mentions any of this stuff. I read the issue in hot rod where they did the cam swap but it didn't look like they even touched the lifters or the push rods. Any help anyone can give me would be awesome.

Do you have an LS3 or L99?
