Camaro family,
I bought my 2011 base model back in 2016 from a used dealership in Dallas. The carfax said it was clean and free of any claims/issues with just one prior owner. Fast forward a few years and I get my front bumper replaced at a body shop (I parked too high on a parking block and when reversing out my bumper almost sheered right off) the body shop calls me to come take a look as they noticed there was front end damage to the passenger side of the vehicle. A small but noticeable amount of the frame was damaged. It still maintained its rectangular shape but it was definitely driven into something.
Since I was past my warranty I figured it wouldn’t be no big deal as my car drives perfectly fine and I’ve had it for awhile now. Fast forward to a few days ago and my car is squeaking on that same front end. Every time I go over a speed bump there is a noticeable difference in the way that side of the car absorbs the shock. It makes a weird noise and I’ve attached a link to a video of the squeaky noises.
I just got it looked at today. After paying $50 for a diagnostic test and 3 hours of waiting mindlessly, a local auto shop in my area says they didn’t get any codes for anything related to the issue but quoted me for a shock and linkage replacement. I didn’t go through with the replacement because I wanted a second opinion. Besides they were so busy I doubt they even did a thorough inspection. Suspension is beyond me, I am unfamiliar with the nomenclature and terminology so I apologize if this is difficult to comprehend.
Any idea of what could be wrong? Any recommendations to getting it fixed or at least looked at by someone who can actually pinpoint the issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you 🙏
Here’s the link to the video showing my squeaky issue.

TL/DR:front end of camaro passenger side making squeaky noises, car struck something before I purchased it (without my knowledge) not sure if it’s shocks, hub, struts, bearings etc. local auto shop couldn’t figure it out (likely didn’t inspect anything beyond a obd 2 read)
