You're reading my mind. I have a 9" that I'm going to put in, with a 4.63 gear. That's gonna be pretty spicy with the M10 ratios, but should really charge the 1/8th mile. Should put me around 7,000rpm through the traps in 4th, which is where I need it to be.
Eventually, I'm gonna try to source a MM6 in really nice shape, which will be about like an M10 with 4.10s on 1-2-3, but then have a much better 4th, and again keep 5-6 about the same. I think it's going to be awesome, it shouldn't hurt it much down low, and the MM6 3-4 is an such a nice ratio, and in the right spot too.
