Are you going to check your ethanol percentage every time you fill up? Even with 40-50% you are getting close to the limits. I see guys say they get 650hp out of a ZL1 pump, but mine hit a wall at not quite 600 without the BAP. You could give it a shot and install a BAP if you run out of pump.

As for the injectors, I run the 63ib Siemens at 700hp on pump gas and they are maxed beyond what most people would find acceptable, but they are stable and I have meth injection as well.

My next upgrade will be 1000cc injectors, fuel sensor and an aux pump. I'll get rid of the meth and maybe the BAP at that point.
