What I wanted was little or no lope but more power everywhere and extended rpm range and getting rid of those horrid AFM lifters. I was told this cam should pull 10-15hp less then their stage 1 and idle near stock. Here are the specs.

216 228 dur. 629 612 lift 118lsa 104ICL and retarding the cam will extend well into the 6500+rpm. -14 overlap

I have already got in the underdrive pulley and ported tb in and I am awaiting the port and rod mod intake that will be here on Sunday.

Car already has full rear suspension, drag radials, 3200 stall,CAI,1 7/8 LT and tune and has run a 12.3. Based on what others have put down if the cam company is right that would be somewhere around 410-425rwhp before the intake, PTB and UDP. I am also thinking about getting my heads ported and polished and maybe milling them and bumping the compression closer to 11:1 or a little higher.

What do you guys think? The closest cam I can think of to this is a Lingenfelter Gt11 but this cam will be VVT and several guys back 5+ years ago put down 420rwhp on that cam alone and I am sure the VVT will only make it better. Thoughts?
I think that cam is pretty tam but I think that's what your looking for correct? It should idle well especially with your torque converter.
