Turbos would be great, especially if one wants to go really fast, but I just don't want to deal with turbo problems like burnt plug wires, high engine bay temps, constant oil changes, scavenger pumps, welding on the oil pan/timing cover, less room around the engine to work, etc... A 2650 blower will make 1000hp and then some. I'm pretty committed to the blower idea with the way the rest of my car is set up.

I wouldn't say minimal chop is a "requirement" per se, but it's an idea I'm kicking around and I know there's a ton of knowledge here on this forum...
