the factory 19" ZLE wheel is not knurled but the '14-'15 19" Z/28 wheel is knurled. My last two new 3Rs took .75 oz and 1.25 oz to balance so no big deal if you don't balance them. I balance mine myself so this is real data. Make sure you cover the adhesive wheel weights with the foil like racers tape and your weights will never fly off.
