Why, yes! Yes, you would. I sometimes forget some folks run cats. I'm just a mid-pipe w/o cats since I'm mid-mount turbos. You'd want BOTH sensors (NB and WB) pre-cats; running all four O2 sensors with the ECU and the WB(s) via an external gauge/controller or to the data logger (e.g., HPTuners).
