I have ZERO desire to own a Z28, as most don't. If I wanted one I'd have one, just that simple. It's not like a Z28 is a shit ton more money than a nice low mile ZL1 of the same year and the Z28 is slow in the street in comparison.
This post was originally made to stroke the egos of Z28 owners who seem to miss why the Z28 hasn't risen in value and is still dropping vs MSRP(and will be quite some time before it surpasses MSRP in value)
If you can't understand the reason is because these cars sat on lots for up to three years because it has no place and was overpriced.... well, you can be willfully ignorant, that's your choice.
Low mile 5th gen ZL1's are holding their value as well or better percentage wise vs MSRP than the Z28 is. Most low mile 2013-2015 nice ZL1's are in the mid 40's, MSRP was mid 50k range. The reason? The cars are wanted.
