New short block scratches on cylinder walls after installing pistons

Hello, this was my first time gapping rings for a 416 thats going to see a lot of boost, I took my time grinding down all the rings with a stone and then deburring them and putting a slight bevel on them. after assembly I have some up and down scratches on the cylinder walls very light, the ones where gaps are are slightly more visible, but there are many smaller ones. none of them catch a nail and none of them can be felt at all you can just see them. pistons installed dry with a light touch of oil on skirts. Am I just being paranoid and is this normal for a freshly bored and honed block and new diamond pistons and rings? Thanks in advance for any input
