I respectfully disagree with you on not doing anything if you hear the rattle. It will eventually damage the motor. I also would like to know how you know that when a supercharger goes back to GM that they send new ones back instead of reconditioning the ones that have been returned to them. Everything you have said has been discussed on this forum over the years and no one has ever stated what you have. No offense to you just wondering where your getting your info.
