Looks like I'll be entering my recently acquired '12 2SS into the Big Bend Open Road Race next year. I'm wondering what electronics would be the best (and affordable) for such an event?

The event is based on a target average speed over a longer distance (59 +/- miles), so I'd need something to compliment that type of racing. I'm thinking it would be GPS based, but really have no idea what all is out there for such an application?

Any insight y'all can provide would be appreciated.
