Hi guys. Finally got around to doing some testing. I think I may have found a short in the DK GRN/WHT.
I'm pretty new to this so I just wanted to confirm my process: I pulled the FPCM plug and both plugs from the ECM. Located what I believe to be pin 20 DK GRN/WHT wire on the FPCM plug (see plug and module in attached photos). Set my multimeter to Ohms, stuck a very thin wire in the plug at pin 20, neg meter to grounded bolt on the body, pos meter to the thin wire coming from the plug, Ohms goes close to 0. I did all the sanity checks like checking neg to pos on the meter and testing the ground, pin 19 to the right reads 1, pin 21 to the left close to 0.
Did I do this right and is there anything else I should check before I start trying to trace this wire to find a short?
