Pull out the right kick panel and check connector X210 its a 40 cavity connector, Fuel pump relay control wire(D-GN/WH) runs through this. See if there's any corrosion in this connector, water intrusion. There's a TSB for a water leak because of missing sealer along one of the seams in the cowl area or the wiring harness pass-thru grommet may not be properly seated. This connector is right below where this water leak can come in.
