I was able to remove the bolt without lowering the cradle. From a thread (
https://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=496806) I started awhile back: "You can, in fact, remove the driver's side toe link without lowering the cradle - to do this you need to remove the bolt at the knuckle as well as the brake line bracket bolt, then move the toe link up and over the knuckle and pull it towards the rear of the car will pulling on the bolt. When reinstalling make sure to flip the bolt around". With that said, lowering the cradle is fairly straight-forward, so whatever works.
