Sounds like to me that there's an issue with the temperature door or the temperature blend door actuator. Even If the A/C was flat you would still have heat. A scanner would be the best way to test, You could sweep the blend door and watch live data. You can also access the actuator which is under the dash on the drivers side. You would have to remove the left side console cover panel. you could place your hand on it KOEO and sweep the temperature control cold to hot and see if you can feel it moving. GL

I can feel the actuator moving I am starting to think it’s the blend door. Don’t really feel like paying for a diagnostic might just go the cheap way and cut under the dash..
