It's been about 600miles since I reset codes w/ my scanner (and lost all progress on monitors) and I cant even remember why I did - oh i fried my o2 sensors that came with my Speed Engineering (i feel like an idiot i couldnt remember my exhaust system brand) LTH/Cats/Catback. I was trying to "test" them bc my O2 and cat monitors would not complete.

So I Did the propane torch trick along with a multimeter, NOT A GOOD IDEA. Sure the voltage went 0-900mv but as soon as i started the car it sputtered something awful, got 2 new AC delco upstream O2 sensors and 2 new downstream. Impossible to put them in backwards bc of the different harness connector shapes.

TBH i can never "do" one of these drive cycles perfectly. Like i'll hit 62 mph or get below 28mph or the RPMs wont be perfect. Or how the hell am i supposed to be able to get to the highway immediately after the idling section (in the standard GM procedure *and* the more detailed one from the manual)? Does everything have to be done in EXACT order, or can you drive some between sections?

**I got extenders (gonna try the $14 pair on Amazon first cuz they get here in the AM), thank you VERY much for that input. Research on that looks very promising! **

If that doesn't work I'll try placing the downstream O2 sensors a few inches further downstream rn they are about 2" off of the cat end (not too dissimilar from stock I might add but maybe this is too close for HFCs).

I'll install the extenders tomorrow and post results in a week or so of driving, and a few more attempts on both the standard GM and the more complicated drive cycle procedure from the 2013 camaro manual that i posted.

i emailed my tuner he said he disabled NOTHING so the monitors should complete.

Really appreciate your help camguyNJ!
