Best Square Setup for Street/Track?

My new to me 2011 SS needs new rubber and I want to change wheels anyway, so I'm planning on a 20x10 square setup with 285/35R20 tires. My goals are as follows;

-Ability to rotate front to rear
-More neutral handling
-Lighter than OEM wheel/tire combo

My question is regarding offset, the main choices are ET23 or ET35, I have seen people run either but no definitive answer as to why. I understand that ET23 will "poke" out further and give more suspension clearance, and at stock height I don't see any issue with fender lip clearance since the 285/35 is shorter than the stock SS tire (and it's the OEM 1LE front setup). However, I would like to lower the car 1" in the future, so I don't want to screw myself now with the wrong offset. I prefer the ET23 offset since it looks more aggressive. I would also like to do some autocross or track days which also plays a role here since there is more wheel travel than typical street driving.

Since I really only like the OEM wheel styles, I have few options. The 5th Gen 1LE/ZL1 wheels are great, but getting 4 front wheels would be a challenge, and the replica cast versions are too heavy to be lighter than stock. I have not seen a flow formed option for these available. That leaves me with the following;

-Factory Reproductions FR27F/MRR M228 - Z28 style
-Factory Reproductions FR35F - ZL1/1LE style
-MRR M017 - 6th Gen 1LE style

Anyone have pictures of the ZL1/1LE style? I only found a couple examples by searching the forum. I like the 6th Gen 1LE style, and it would be the lightest option at 57lbs per wheel/tire.
