Not sure if this will help as I have an ACS T4 splitter on mine. The splitter had predrilled holes so I just had to make sure everything was lined up before drilling through the front bumper.
For the install, I found it easier to put the front bumper/splitter on a folding table and clamped it in place. I think I started with the front center bolt first, then the outside edges. From there, I would just slide the bumper to hang the next section off the edge of the table to drill the next hole.
