Fair questions. Which complicates the matter. In my case, it's my daily driver, be it a 2LT or a ZL1. So for my purposes we are talking about taking roundabouts too fast and speeding on county roads and interstates. So any mods or spending another 25K on a 2SS 1LE is purely for shits and giggles. Honestly I'd probably be dangerous in a 2SS 1LE.

PLUS..... in my case. My goal is to retire at 52. Blowing money on a liability (with high ins rates) just for fun goes against every grain in my body. The biggest thing I feel like I'm missing out on with my 2LT is the sound. I do enjoy the V8 sound.

I guess I don't know if it is really only worth 6K. I thought that's what I saw when I was searching last spring. Who knows. Maybe I was wrong. I can say it seemed to be worth much more in MN as it is down here in FL. When I lived in Minnesota, I really didn’t care as much. But now that I can drive the car here around. It’d be fun to sup it up some more.
