Here is a link to a TR6060 rebuild from the Corvette Forum. I think the biggest tool requirement is the bearing splitter.

Rockland Standard Gear used to sell the kit to add the bearing, and I think others may have gotten it from Liberty. Here is a thread I did about it years ago.
