Removing under steer UPDATE 12/12/25
I have a 2013 ZL1 and a 2015 1LE, both under steer like a snow plow.
Putting a DSE rear bar and more front camber helped the ZL1 but by far did not correct it.
I go to the Tail of the Dragon and run those roads a few times a year, as a former track day guy I drive the car harder than most.
Before I get replies as to what tires, tires don't matter, car balance is car balance no matter what the tire is. My C5 Z06 on brick tires didn't under steer. Tires are BFG Comp2 A/S for reference purposes. Before you critique the tire, go on Tirerack and compare this tire to the Michelin PS4. Both tires are almost mirror images of each other.
I don't want to rip out everything under the car to correct it, I am selling the ZL1 and keeping the 1LE.
I drive 7 hours to get to Tail of the Dragon, even with -1.75 camber in the front the ZL1 was wearing the inside of the tire from normal driving and killing the outside of the tire in the mountains.
Look at how far the front tire is pulled under the car, destroying the outer edge of the tire.
What is the fix? Is there a fix? If not how do you make it better?

UPDATE 12/12/25
KEEP IN MIND THIS CAR IS A 2015 SS 1LE.
How the shocks effect this setup I don't know but you'd think it would. It also has a blower which is an extra 90lbs on the nose of the car.
First I put on BMR 1 inch lowering springs 220F/460R and it helped a BUNCH, with no alignment you could push it into understeer.
Had the car aligned per JusticePete's specs:
-1.5 camber front
-.5 in rear
.08 toe IN front and rear.
Car had a good amount over oversteer like this, took it back to the alignment shop to put the rear at -1.0 to hopefully gain rear grip. No change.
Talked to Justice Pete and unhooked one rear swaybar link and went and drove it HUGE GRIP, WOW!
We decided to put a 23MM V6 rear swaybar on the car.
Car is now very well balanced, has slight understeer at the tires limit but the rear can be turned with the gas pedal. It's as close to my C5 Z06 on a square setup as I have gotten. It's not a Vette but it's pretty close.
Tire and wheel setup:
5th gen Wheel and tire sizes, 20x11 rear with a 305-35-20 and the front is a 20x10 with a 285/35/20.
Tires are BFG Comp2 A/S.
with a little more front camber (-2.0) I think it would be perfect, I no longer do track days so I will leave it alone.
