Well, i pulled the oil filter and cut it apart and found some metal particles in it, not alot but they were there. Its eating a lifter or a bearing, first thing is to pull the heads and see if a lifter wheel is coming apart, hopefully I caught it in time and did not screw up the engine too bad. Still has perfect oil pressure and no knocking just a weird humming noise at idle.
