I've had my TR6060 out and back in several times and never loosened the Engine Mounts or Cradle Bolts to do it. Did you disconnect the Shifter?
Yes, I disconnected the linkage pin/rod, which has those u-shaped clips on it’s sides. I also removed the upper portion of my Hurst short shifter stick. Only the bottom portion of the stick remains, as I didn’t take the entire shifter housing out, so that’s all that’s left (has 2 bolts holding it in underneath).

All I feel like I can do, is play with the angle on the trans jack… I will tape up my pry bars with some masking tape, to prevent/slow down the amount of marring I’ve been doing to the engine and trans mating surfaces.
