Never seen an aftermarket rear UCA. As far as I know the best replacement for the UCA inner bushing (at the subframe) is the factory Z28 one, but if those aren't available I imagine the BMR one is a worthwhile upgrade as the factory bushing has gaps/voids which result in unwanted dynamic alignment changes.
