I'm on BMR 1.25" springs and they are about the perfect ride height for me. Ride quality isn't terrible, but noticeably stiffer. Hard to tell because as a baseline I already have Pedders front and rear sway bars

I didn't do the bushings on my Camaro, I was told that I didn't need to unless I went lower than 1.25. Info was from JDP Motorsports. No issues to date, and they have been installed for at least 12 years, and been through many burnouts and aggressive pulls. Zero wheel hop either since I did the solid cradle mounts, per them as well. I don't track or race my Camaro either, just a street car to enjoy.
