They all are, ALL of them.
There is a post in here where Z28 owners argued me up and down and when a guy who tracks and autocrosses his Z28 with low miles pulled his heads the valves were out of spec or at least most were.
If you want to gamble on a engine you can only buy used for 10-15K now, up to you.
