Man, I buried my head in the sand over this issue too until mine broke. Even uttered the statement I'd pay to get it fixed. I didn't. I spent three days on my back with the seat out getting this done. I purposely took my time. Conceptually easy, but tediously fookin hard!
Can't imagine too many dudes want to take this on. But good luck. Oh, btw, get the aluminum door. Never look back.
